We are happy to announce, that we have started delivering worldwide. Our Delivery partners include DHL-Express, EMS (India Post).



What will be the shipping rates for International orders?
Once, you have selected the choice of fabrics and filled up your address details on the Checkout page, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to the ZipCode and the weight of the selected products.


How long will it take to deliver internationally?
All Stocked Products on our website are readily available to us. We have the same/next working day dispatch policy. After the dispatch, it takes 3-5 working days at most. All our products are shipped through our delivery Partner DHL-Express.

Why is shipping not free for international customers?
As to provide you the best service possible, we pay high shipping charges to our delivery partners to deliver the products safe and secure and in the least time possible. Hence, we charge you the actual shipping cost that courier company levy. We have negotiated the best possible prices with our delivery partners to provide you the best services in best prices.

What are the available payment modes for international order?

You can pay for your orders through International Credit Card via our Payment Gateway CCAvanue. All On-line payment are secured.

We do not provide COD (Cash On Delivery) facility on international orders.

 

Do we have different prices for international customers?

No. We have standardised prices for all the customers (Domestic & International). 

 

Can we ship the product to india and pay through International card?

Yes. You can use any supported international card and deliver the products anywhere in India. Additional Note: You will be charged domestic shipping charges only.

 

Is it necessary to create an account before ordering anything?

No. It is not necessary. you can checkout as a guest. But we will suggest you to create an account and order through it. As it will help you to access your order records easily. It will make your orders more safe and secure too.

 

Are there some items which are restricted for international shipments? 

There might be some products that we will not be able to ship internationally. Otherwise, almost all the products on the website are compatible to ship internationally. We will let you know on the product page, if in any rare case there are some restrictions for the same.

 

My payment has failed! What shall I do now?

Not to worry at all. It happens sometime. You can always try again and place your order. However, if you are still facing any issue, you can contact us. We will help you throughout the purchase. 

 In case your payment has failed & deducted from your account, and the order has not been placed. Contact us via email info@tanabanafab.com and mention basic information about your order, so that we can track your payment and resolve it in priority.

 

Will there be any local taxes or custom charges for my order when it reaches me?

If there are any extra charges at local customs you need to take care of them when goods are delivered to you. We’ll surely assist you all the way. What is the return, exchange and return policy on international orders?

We would request you to please clarify all the doubts (Contact Us) before placing any order. If we've not shipped your order yet, you can make as many changes/alterations you want in your order. But once we have dispatch the products, we will not be able to return, exchange or cancel the order. If you still want to return the parcel, you'll have to bear the return shipping charges.
