Q: Not able to understand how to order?
A: No issues. Just chat with us via the chat bot on the website or via WhatsApp (91-7982004597). We will guide you throughout the process.
Q: Having doubts that the ordered fabric (2 m or more) of single print will come in a single piece or will come in cut pieces of 1meter?
A: Not to Worry at all. Because we will always send you the single piece fabric upto 10-20m .
Q: On cart page/ checkout page , how do we know, how much we are buying?
A: On Cart/Checkout Page, 1 unit= 0.5 meter . You will be charged as per 0.5 meter only. There is a comment also added , which let you know, how much you are buying.
Q: What are the dimensions of the fabric?
A: WIDTH: We have mentioned the width of each Fabric on the Product Display Page in Description Section. It can vary from 42 inches to 56 inches.
LENGTH: And the length of the fabric will depend upon the Quantity you have chosen to buy from us (1 meter = 100 cm).
Q: Not able to understand how the print is running on the Fabric?
A: We have tried to upload all the product pictures in a way, where the print is running from top to bottom (except Border, IKAT, Panel PRINT).
Q: How much meter fabric will be required to make your choice of Dress?
A: We recommend you to ask your Tailer or Designer. They can guide you better, as many factors have to be taken in consideration.
Blouse - 1 m , Crop Top - 1.5 m, Shirt - 2 m , Kurti - 2.5 m , Floor length dress- 3.5 m , Flared Kurti - 4 m , Saree - 5.5 m , Anarkali - 4-6 m .

Q: How Can I Track My Order?
A: Mostly, all the orders are fulfilled by our Partner DELHIVERY Express/Surface. https://www.delhivery.com. Over this link, you can track your order with the help of your registered Mobile Number, Order ID or Tracking Number details (which are sent to you by SMS or Email) when dispatched.
In some cases, when we dispatched the orders with other carriers , we will provide you with all the necessary details to track it.
